Your account and workspace
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate business information. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for reviewing the recipients and contents of each quote before sharing it.
Your quotes and client information
You retain responsibility for content you enter, including pricing, tax and VAT treatment, descriptions, validity dates, client details, and terms. Only upload or share information you are allowed to use. You permit QuoteNP to store, display, and transmit this content as needed to provide the service and the sharing features you choose.
Anyone with a quote’s public link may view it. You are responsible for sharing links with the intended recipients and for the content of your communications with them.
Client responses
QuoteNP records typed-name approvals and other client responses for your records. A typed-name approval is not a digital signature service and QuoteNP does not determine the legal effect of an agreement between you and your client. You and your client are responsible for deciding whether separate written terms or signatures are needed.
QuoteNP does not collect payment for a quote or verify that a client will pay. A quote’s totals and tax settings are tools for preparing your document; review them for your circumstances.
Plans and limits
The current free plan allows up to five sent quotes per workspace per month. Drafts do not count toward that send limit. QuoteNP may change product features or plan limits; changes will not alter the frozen content of a revision already sent to a client.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not use QuoteNP to break the law, impersonate another person, send unwanted or deceptive messages, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another workspace. We may restrict access to protect users or the service. QuoteNP may be unavailable during maintenance or because a third-party provider is unavailable.
